What if you found Darth Vader’s lightsaber abandoned in a farm field, still glowing red in the late day twilight? What if you spotted Darth Maul spinning and twirling his double-ended weapon atop a roofline amid the concrete canyons of a big city? What if Jabba the Hut were discovered alive and well, hiding out alone in a dilapidated apartment building?

Photographer Cedric Delsaux’s ultra-realistic pictures place iconic Star Wars characters in modern day, urban locations. The best part about viewing these clever creative photos is imagining the stories that got the characters to where they now are.
