I think this might be the last video we’ve got from Comic-Con 2008 (thank god it’s not another line video), so we’re going out with a bang. If you ever wanted to see what was going on just outside of the frame whenever Triumph the Insult Comic Dog starts, well… insulting someone, this is the video for you. You get to see Robert Smigel, the face of the man behind the dog… errr, puppet. And you get to see some lousy interaction with fans that goes nowhere and makes Smigel increasingly uncomfortable the more he talks to the geeky crowd (of which I’m obviously included). He even eggs them on in directions that he thinks will strike comedy gold and it only comes across as really weird… even for Comic-Con.

Be aware that this video is uncensored and does contain strong language and adult humor (try to count the masturbation jokes, I dare you), so if that’s not your bag then feel free to re-watch one of our thrilling “Standing In Line Experience” videos.

If you want to see the official broadcast version of Triumph’s Comic-Con report that aired on Late Night with Conan O’brien, go here.
