Pixar fans rejoice! Up, the next Disney classic, is on its way, although from first look, it might be Pixar‘s strangest, most ambitious project yet (of course, everyone said that with Wall-E too). From what I saw at Comic-Con, it’s definitely not easily categorizable, but I can’t imagine Pixar letting us down. As evidenced by the all-new trailer below, it’s going to be very colorful and very funny (Ed Asner voices the cranky old man). Without spoiling anything, I can tell you that what you see here barely scratches the surface of the astounding adventure that follows.

I am a lifelong Star Wars geek, but currently more in love with television than movies. Venture Bros, Breaking Bad, Dexter, Game of Thrones, Walking Dead, Futurama, Community, Parks and Rec, 30 Rock, and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia are my current obsessions. Love all things Buffy and Whedon related. Dying to see the Avengers film. And, yes, I read lots of comics and never get enough time to play all the video games I want. There's a reason why I am the founder of Pop Culture Geek. I soak up so much that I have to let it out somehow...
