Terminator and Dollhouse Go Grindhouse in New Promo

This is probably my favorite new commercial on tv, featuring two of my favorite two ladies who will appear back to back on what I hope will be my favorite new night of television (next to Lost… nothing really beats Lost… but they’re welcome to prove me wrong). This is the grindhouse style commercial promoting the spring 2009 premiere of Terminator: the Sarah Connor Chronicles, starring Firefly alum Summer Glau, and the debut of the new Joss Whedon series, Dollhouse, featuring Buffy and Angel alum Eliza Dushku. Yes, it’s on the Fox Friday death night, but if any shows can dodge the network’s trigger happy cancellation gun, it’s these two in a dynamic one-two punch of sci-fi action and adventure.

Again, this ad is chock full of grainy retro wacky fun. I’m just impressed that they bothered to make something like this. Check it out…
