Morena Baccarin is a Nazi Space Lizard in New “V” series TV Pilot

Yeah, we know that Nathan Fillion is starring in the new ABC tv series Castle as a mystery solving novelist, but there’s another former Firefly castmate coming to ABC that might appeal more to the geek set. The gorgeous Morena Baccarin, also known as the “space hooker” Inara on the short-lived tv series Firefly and the subsequent Joss Whedon helmed film, Serenity, will play Anna, the leader of an alien invasion in a remake of the classic sci-fi series, V. The show isn’t green-lit yet, but she has been confirmed for the pilot.

I have fond memories of the original series and, honestly, I can’t wait to see Morena swallow a live mouse. If you remember the show, you know what I’m talking about. More information on her casting for V and lots of other new pilots can be found at the Hollywood Reporter.
