Infinity Ward’s Modern Warfare 2 Game Trailer Online Now!

The full trailer for Modern Warfare 2 has gone live at the Infinity Ward site, the makers of the critically acclaimed Call of Duty series. I find it interesting that they’ve dropped the original Call of Duty part of the title and have now gone with just Modern Warfare, but since they’re no longer working exclusively in the WWII realm for which CoD was known, I guess it makes sense. From the looks of the new trailer, it looks heavy on story and even heavier on the intense widescreen movie action the Call of Duty and Modern Warfare series are known for. Here’s hoping I get a chance to play it at E3 in about a week (although I’m one of those weirdos who likes the pc version better than the console version. Give me keyboard and mouse over dual stick control anyday…).
