Hellboy Creator Mike Mignola Signing Event at the Comic Bug

If you haven’t heard already, Hellboy reaches a major milestone in the latest issue of his comic on Wednesday, August 10th. NO SPOILERS HERE, but trust me, it’s big!

To commemorate the big day, creator Mike Mignola will be appearing at The Comic Bug in Manhattan Beach, CA to meet fans, sign some comics, and sell some exclusive art prints (limited to 333) that will be available only at this event! Plus, they will be providing an assortment of refreshing snacks! SNACKS!!!!

HELLBOY CREATOR MIKE MIGNOLA TO SIGN HELLBOY: THE FURY #3 and MORE AT THE COMIC BUG

Manhattan Beach, Calif., August 8, 2011 – Mike Mignola, Eisner-Award winning creator of Hellboy, Witchfinder, Baltimore and other titles will be appearing at The Comic Bug in Manhattan Beach, CA on Wednesday, August 10th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. to commemorate the release of Hellboy: The Fury #3.

For those following the Hellboy universe, Hellboy: The Fury #3 marks a major turning point in both the ongoing storyline as well as the character of Hellboy himself. There will be a limited edition print (333 copies) available to those attending the event for $20.00 while supplies last. The artwork for the print ties directly into the events of Hellboy: The Fury #3.

“We’re excited that Mr. Mignola has chosen The Comic Bug as the venue to meet his fans on this very special day in Hellboy history! We’re going to do our best to make it an event to remember,” said The Comic Bug owner Jun Goeku.

There will be refreshments and snacks available as well as a slew of Hellboy goodies courtesy of Mike Mignola.
